The beautiful sandbanks appear at a super low tide and can be accessed for about 15 days per month as the beaches are remote in Zanzibar. These rides are for experienced riders only with inclusions like cantering and walking along a rocky coast. While at the sandbanks, take gallops and take many different photos to keep. This ride is done at low tide before 11:00 am before its too late.

2. Kilindi Bay 2 Hour Early Morning Ride
The 2 hour ride is ideal for those who can trott, canter and gallop effectively in the waters passing via the border of Nungwi Village heading North East to join the beach at the Nungwi Light House.
Afterwards, you shall head South to the best beaches in the world then leave passing via the Kendwa beaches and later head to the stunning Kilindi bay a perfect spot for taking photos. Later, head back towards the stables cantering close to the borders of water. This ride is done at low tides before 10 am for 2 hours when the sand banks are not favorable due to the tides.
This ride goes for US $135 for experienced riders for a period 120 minutes.
3. The 3 Hour Beach and Jungle Ride
The 3 Hour Beach and Jungle Ride takes you South onto the main beaches of Nungwi and Kendwa. You head to the Kilindi bay to take beautiful photographs then to Kilindi farmlands and the remote villages of Kidoti.
On your way pass through isolated communities and jungle forests. Break off for 30 minutes to the Northern beaches along a 7 kms canter along the white beaches of Kendwa and Nungwi. The Ride takes place before 10:00 am at Low tide and costs US $190 for 180 minutes.
4. The 4 Hour Great Northern Explorer Ride
This is an initial ride and the longest departing from the Nungwi stables, covering 25 kms hence very demanding and ideal for advanced riders who can canter for prolonged periods and spend up to 4 hours in the saddle without dismounting.
The rides proceeds over 10 kms of the un spoilt deserted beaches between Muyuni and Nungwi via 3 major sandbanks giving you an opportunity to take clear photos and videos.
This ride also goes to the whitest beaches i.e Nungwi and Kendwa for 8 kms along quiet roads, remote farmlands and tropical forests of the Kidoti and Kigunda villages. This costs US $250 for experienced riders in a period of 4 Hours.
