Detailed Itinerary of the Safari

Day 1: Arrive in Entebbe to hotel

Arrive at the Entebbe International Airport where you meet our driver guide who welcomes and takes you through a meet and greet session as well as brief you about the safari. After he shall transfer you on short tour around Entebbe then proceed you to campsite for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Set up your tent camp.

Day 2:  Drive to Murchison Falls National Park

On the 2nd Day of the 7 Days Uganda Camping Safari, have morning breakfast then transfer to the Murchison Falls National Park situated in the north Western part of Uganda. Transfer for a period of 3 to 4 hours depending on the traffic around Kampala then proceed on journey along the Kampala-Gulu Highway breaking off at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary where you get to trek the rare species of white Rhinos. After trekking the Rhinos, you shall get back to the headquarters where you get your Rhino Trekking Certificate then after break off for lunch.

After here, you continue to the vast Murchison Falls National Park where you enjoy an en-route evening Game Drive watching wildlife animals like elephant, buffalo, Ugandan kob, hippopotamus, topi, waterbuck, warthog, giant forest hog, Nile crocodile, leopard, spotted hyena, lion, leopards, giraffes, etc wander around their habitat.

After wards, you shall reach your campsite and set up a tent camp and relax, have dibber and Overnight. Set up your tent camp.

Day 3: Game Drive and Boat Cruise at the Victoria Nile

Breakfast in the morning then embark on a Game Drive along the many tracks in the park watching wildlife animals like elephant, buffalo, Ugandan kob, hippopotamus, topi, waterbuck, warthog, giant forest hog, Nile crocodile, leopard, spotted hyena, lion, leopards, giraffes, etc wandering around their natural vegetation habitat. Take many photos to keep  then at mid day break off for lunch then afterwards, proceed to the banks of the Victoria Nile.

You shall embark on boat cruise at 2:30 pm taking a period of 3 hours along the Victoria Nile where you watch many wildlife animals along the banks, hippos and crocodiles beneath the waters. You shall also view the rainbow descending deep into the gushing water falls as well as bird species. Take many photos with you keep then after return to the banks and get into your 4×4 wheel vehicle to your campsite for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Set up your tent camp.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

On the 4th Day of the 7 Days Uganda Camping Tour, transfer to Kibale Forest National Park famously known to inhabit the rare species of chimpanzees. The journey takes you a period of 6 to 7 hours watching the green terrain vegetation, birds and Rwenzori Mountains at a distance. Lunch is en-route. After a while you shall reach Kibale Forest National Park then continue to enjoy a guided nature walk watching the green forest, primates, birds. After sometime, you shall continue to your campsite to set up your camp near Kibale Forest for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Set up your tent camp.

Day 5: Track Chimpanzee in Kibale Forest

Morning breakfast then continue to the park headquarters for precise briefing on conduct around the chimpanzees then after, you are distributed into groups of 8 with a lead park ranger guides.

The guides lead you to the starting points where you leave from and enter the green forest to track the rare species of chimpanzees for a period of 2 to 4 hours along varying trails.

Following the trails, watching green vegetation, birds, species etc then after a while, you shall meet the Chimpanzees and stay in their presence taking many photos to keep.

After chimpanzee tracking and taking photos, return to campsite for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Set up your tent camp near the forest.

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Breakfast in the morning of the 6th Day of the 7 Days Uganda Camping Safari, then continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park a journey that takes you a period of 3 to 4 hours watching the green terrain, bird species, Mountain Rwenzori at a distance. You shall have lunch along the way. Later, you reach the park then get to campsite to set up tent camp for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Set up your tent camp near the forest.

Day 7: Game Drive and Departure

After breakfast in the morning, embark on an en-route Game Drive along the various tracks in the park watching wildlife wander around their natural vegetation habitat. After a while taking photos as you leaving, proceed to depart to Kampala/ Entebbe International airport to board flight back home.
