Detailed Itinerary of the Wildlife and Sipi Falls Safari

Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Sipi Falls (Hike)

You arrive at the Entebbe International Airport where you are welcomed by a driver guide who picks and transfer you to the stunning Sipi Falls located close to the majestic Mountain Elgon which spans across the Uganda and Kenya Border.

You drive for a period of 6 to 7 hours and when you reach the Falls embark for short briefing on conduct when hiking to the falls then after you are allocated into groups with ranger guides then continue on hike through green terrain vegetation watching bird species as well as plains at a distance then after some time you shall reach the sipi falls where you take many photos to keep with you. After the adventure, return to the starting point where you shall leave to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Sipi River lodge.

Day 2: Transfer to Pian Upe Wildlife Reserve (Game Drive)

Have breakfast in the morning then transfer to the North Eastern Part of Uganda at Pian Upe Wildlife Reserve. Drive for some time i.e  3 to 5 hours watching the green terrain vegetation, bird species, then when you reach the Wildlife reserve, enjoy an en-route Game Drive watching wildlife animals like cheetahs, as well as zebras, hartebeests, elands, oribis, gunther’s dik diks, Uganda kobs, buffaloes, blue duikers, common duikers, impalas, and the only Roan antelopes etc. After a while, continue to your camp for Dinner and Overnight. Day 3: Game Drive and Community Tour

Delicious morning breakfast then transfer to the reserve onto the Savannah Plains to enjoy a Game Drive as you transfer from one point to another. While seated in your 4×4 vehicle with binoculars, camera, traverse from one track to another watching many wildlife animals wander around their natural habitat. The wildlife animals you watch include; cheetahs, as well as zebras, hartebeests, elands, oribis, gunther’s dik diks, Uganda kobs, buffaloes, blue duikers, common duikers, impalas, and the only Roan antelopes etc.

At mid day break off for lunch then after you shall transfer on community cultural tour exploring the traditional Karamajong people who stay close to the reserve. They shall take you through the traditions and customs through performances i.e Music, Dance and Drama. After the cultural visit, return back to your bandas for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight.
