Detailed Itinerary of the Tour

Day 1: Arrive and Transfer to Bwindi Forest National Park

Arrive at the Entebbe International Airport where you meet our driver guide who briefs you about the 5 Days Uganda Rwanda Gorilla Trekking Safari. After he shall drive you to the South Western Part of Uganda a journey that takes you a period of 7 to 8 hours watching the green terrain, bird species as well as lunch en-route in Mbarara. After the lunch break, proceed to the park and when you get here, check-in lodge for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Lodge.

Day 2: Gorilla Trek in Bwindi Forest National Park

Today of the 5 Days Uganda Rwanda Gorilla Tour, you get to trek and watch the rare species of Mountain Gorillas in their natural thick vegetation habitat. Enjoy morning breakfast then transfer to the park headquarters for precise briefing on conduct around the Mountain Gorillas.

After a while you shall reach the headquarters where you are welcomed by a ranger guide who informs you about the Mountain Gorillas, Bwindi Forest National Park and the other adventures to do in the park.

After briefing, you shall proceed with park ranger guides who lead you into the natural green forest vegetation to trek the Gorillas in groups of 8 for a period of 3 to 5 hours.

After a while, you shall meet the Gorillas and in a period of one hour stay in their presence taking many photos to keep with you.

After trekking the Gorillas, continue back to the headquarters for your Gorilla Trekking Certificate to take back with you then later continue to your 4×4 vehicle to return you back to the lodge for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Lodge.

Day 3: get to Rwanda’s Volcanoes National Park

Early breakfast in the morning then transfer to traverse the Uganda Rwanda border at Cyanika where you clear with the border documentation. After here, continue to Volcanoes National Park located in the Ruhengeri District of Musanze Rwanda. The journey takes you a period of 2 to 4 hours watching the green terrain vegetation, bird species as well as lunch. After sometime,  you reach the park and visit the Iby’Iwachu Cultural Center for  amazing Cultural Encounters and Adventures. Reaching the park get to check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Day 4: Gorilla Trek at Volcanoes National Park

Day 4 of the 5 Days Uganda Rwanda Gorilla Trekking Safari, gives you a remarkable Gorilla Trekking Adventure today hence enabling you trek and watch the rare species of Mountain Gorillas in their natural forest vegetation habitat. Have breakfast then continue to the park headquarters at Kinigi for short briefing on conduct around the Mountain Gorillas.

Reaching here, take a cup of hot tea, cappuccino or coffee then get through the briefing session and later are allocated into groups of 8 with lead park ranger guides who take you to the starting points where you leave from to enter the green forest to trek the Mountain Gorillas for a period of 3 to 5 hours.

After a while following the trails in the forest, you shall meet the Gorillas and stay in their presence taking many photos to keep with you using a camera that has no flash at a distance of 7 meters away from the Gorillas.

Day 5: Depart to Kigali

Breakfast in the morning then with luggage embark on journey to Kigali International Airport to board flight back home.
