Detailed Itinerary of the Tour

Day 1: Arrival and Hotel

On arrival at Entebbe International Airport you are welcomed by our driver guide who takes you through a meet and greet session then later transfer you to check-in hotel for meet and greet, relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Protea Hotel Entebbe.

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Forest National Park

On this 2nd Day of the Affordable 7 Days Uganda Gorilla Chimps & Wildlife Tour begins with delicious breakfast then later continue to the South Western Part of Uganda at Bwindi Forest National Park. This journey takes you a period of 6 to 7 hours in a 4×4 wheel vehicle with en-route views of the green terrain vegetation, birds as well as lunch break. After sometime on the road, you shall reach Bwindi Forest National Park then head to check-in lodge for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Lodge.

Day 3: Gorilla Trek in Bwindi Forest National Park

Today you get to trek the rare species of Mountain Gorillas in their natural forest vegetation habitat. You shall transfer to the park headquarters for short briefing on conduct around the Mountain Gorillas. You shall be informed about the Mountain Gorillas, Gorilla Trekking Adventure, Bwindi Forest National Park and other safari adventures in the park.

After briefing, he shall allocate you into groups of 8 with lead park ranger guides who lead you to starting points where you leave from to enter the green forest to trek the Gorillas for a period of 3 to 5 hours depending on the reported location of the Gorillas then after a while, you shall meet the Gorillas and stay in their presence taking many photos to keep with you using a camera that has no flash at a distance of 7 meters. After Gorilla Trekking, return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Lodge.

Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

On the 4th Day of the Affordable 7 Days Uganda Gorilla Chimps & Wildlife Tour, embark on transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park via the Ishasha Sector and Mweya Peninsular. Watching wildlife animals along the way, bird species and Mountain Rwenzori at a distance as well as have lunch you shall proceed to check-in lodge for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Bush Lodge.

Day 5: Game Drive & Boat Cruise in Queen Elizabeth National Park

Breakfast in the morning on the 5th Day of the 7 Days Uganda Gorilla Chimps & Wildlife Safari then continue on journey to the park for an early morning Game Drive that goes till mid day. While transferring in your 4×4 wheel vehicle, watch and take photos to keep with you and the animals you view include; lions, elephants, buffaloes, and a myriad of antelope species etc.

At mid day, break off for lunch then, continue on an afternoon Boat Cruise along the Kazinga Channel at 2:30 pm where you watch schools of hippo, crocodiles beneath the waters as well as bird species as they fly from one place to another. With your camera take many photos to keep with you. After the Boat Cruise, return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Bush Lodge.

Day 6: Trek Chimpanzees in Kyambura Gorge

Early morning delicious breakfast then proceed to the Kyambura Gorge located a few kilometers off the Queen Elizabeth National Park. With your valid Chimpanzee tracking permit at US $50 per person, transfer to the park headquarters for precise briefing on conduct around the Chimpanzees. After the briefing session, you are distributed into groups of 8 with a lead park ranger guide who lead you to the starting points then into the forest to track the chimpanzees for 2 to 4 hours and when you meet them, in a period of 1 hour, take many photos to keep. After trekking the chimpanzees, return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Kyambura Gorge Lodge.

Day 7: Depart to Kampala or Entebbe

Morning breakfast then departure to Kampala or the Entebbe International airport to board flight back home.
